Comer Homes will lend 20% interest free for 5 years, secured by means of a 2nd charge.
Comer Homes; guarantees you that your home will rise by 10% and insulate you against a 10% fall in the value of your home (see examples below).

Home cost £250,000
Comer Homes loan - 20% £50,000
If you home is valued in 5 years @ between £225,000 and £275,000 an apportionment of the original interest free loan of 20% will be repaid.
Example 1 Home value after 5 Year £225,000 you keep the 20% loan
Example 2 Home value after 5 Year £250,000 you only repay 50% of the 20% loan
Example 3 Home value after 5 Year £275,000 you repay 100% of the 20% loan

Comer Homes loan - 20% £100,000
If you home is valued in 5 years @ between £450,000 and £550,000 an apportionment of the original interest free loan of 20% will be repaid.
Example 1 Home value after 5 Year £450,000 you keep the 20% loan
Example 2 Home value after 5 Year £500,000 you only repay 50% of the 20% loan
Example 3 Home value after 5 Year £550,000 you only repay 100% of the 20% loan
